A beautiful book on the history and uses of French fruit (and the occasional nut), including chapters on cherries, raspberries, peaches, medlars, pistachios, almonds, quince, apricots, pears, jujubes, chestnuts, etc.

Some wear along spine; half-title cut in half, else very good. Scarce.
