Each year, our ZP2C is an eclectic blend of dozens of red varieties grown and produced on our property. It\’s bold and youthful, yet smooth and balanced, finishing with firm tannins which mellowas the wine remains open. Each barrel is racked for clarity and then given additional time in new barrels before bottling.
