Wild Turkey 81 Whiskey

Wild Turkey 81 is a higher-proof expression of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, bottled at 81 proof (40.5% ABV) to retain more of its robust character compared to standard offerings. Master Distiller Eddie Russell oversees its maturation, which includes aging in deeply charred American oak barrels. This process imbues the bourbon with a rich complexity.Crafted to shine in cocktails, this expression features a high rye content in its mash bill, contributing to a spicier, more assertive profile. Expect inviting notes of sweet vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and a distinctive peppery kick on the finish. Its slight increase in proof ensures the flavor holds up beautifully when mixed, making it a versatile foundation for classic and contemporary bourbon drinks.
