Before finishing its maturation in Moscatel sherry casks in Detroit, MI, Two James Doctor Bird Rum is created and aged for roughly 6 years at the Worthy Park Distillery in Jamaica. Funky and sweet, this rich rum has notes of coconut husks, dark caramel, grapefruit pith and has a long finish of ripe strawberries and a slight coppery taste. 50%ABV
