Distilled three times for optimum smoothness, it is aged exclusively for four years in Oloroso Sherry butts from Jerez, Spain. This specific aging imparts a rich, deep color and a complex flavor profile rarely found in Irish whiskey.The resulting liquid offers a delightful balance of honeyed malt, dried fruits???such as apricot and sultana???and a warming spice from the oak.
