Rum Bar Overproof Rum

Rum Bar Overproof is a vibrant, un-aged Jamaican rum, celebrated for its powerful and authentic flavor profile. Distilled at Worthy Park Estate from their own estate-grown sugar cane molasses using a Forsyth double retort copper pot still, this spirit embodies the traditional high-ester style of Jamaican rum. It is a blend of three un-aged rums, bottled at a robust overproof strength while remaining completely additive-free, adhering to the Jamaican Rum G.I.The resulting intensity offers a complex sensory experience. Expect bold aromas and flavors of freshly cut sugarcane, grassy notes, and bright tropical fruit like papaya and fermented pineapple, with an underlying savory, vegetal complexity that lingers on the palate. This potent and characterful rum is an exceptional base for classic, flavor-forward cocktails, especially a lively daiquiri, or for enjoying neat with a splash of water to unlock its full depth.
