Ouzo 7

Ouzo 7 is a classic, traditionally styled anise-flavored liqueur from the Thracian Distillery in Greece, celebrated for its soft, sweet, and elegant profile. Distilled from extra fine alcohol and natural anisette essences, this spirit embodies the authentic taste of the region. The traditional production involves double distillation, with the final product resting in a stainless steel tank for approximately twenty days to ensure exceptional smoothness. It is bottled at 40% ABV.Unlike some bolder styles, Ouzo 7 is known for its delicate aroma and velvety texture, with the warming sensation of alcohol balanced by the sweet flavor of anethole. It offers a gentle, harmonious, and pleasant experience, making it a market leader in many countries. It can be enjoyed neat, with water (where it turns milky), or as a foundation for elegant cocktails and classic Greek Mezze pairings.
