About NON

Redefine the wine occasion using the natural world, with multidisciplinary techniques used to produce the future of drinks.

NON identifies as a zero-alcohol alternative to wine. NON is built with similar production methods and flavour profiles to wine, offering sippers that are just as deep and complex as the real thing.

Founded by, Aaron Trotman, a serial entrepreneur and foodie on a mission to create the future of drinks, non is an intricate balancing act of flavour built from the ground up with key notes of floral, tannin, salinity & acidity and a bold, minimalist.
