Noble Coyote Mezcal

Noble Coyote Mezcal is a premium, artisanal spirit crafted from the heart of Oaxaca, Mexico. Produced by a family-owned distillery, this mezcal is made using traditional methods that honor the rich heritage of mezcal production. The agave is slow-cooked in earthen pits, fermented in wooden vats, and distilled in copper pot stills, ensuring the preservation of the agaves natural flavors and characteristics. Noble Coyote is produced with a focus on sustainability and quality, resulting in a mezcal that is as smooth as it is complex.

On the nose, Noble Coyote Mezcal offers a distinctive mix of earthy agave, subtle smoke, and hints of tropical fruit and citrus zest. The palate is rich and balanced, with layers of roasted agave, light herbs, and a touch of minerality, followed by a gentle smokiness that lingers. The smooth finish is slightly sweet with a soft warmth, providing a well-rounded and enjoyable experience. This mezcal is ideal for sipping neat or over ice, but its versatile flavor profile also makes it a great base for cocktails. Noble Coyote Mezcal is perfect for those who appreciate a refined and authentic spirit that showcases the best of Oaxacan mezcal traditions.
