(*NEW ARRIVAL*) (Chez Panisse) Homemade Yoghourt

Woodcut engraving by David Lance Goines of a recipe by Alice Waters. 10×8\”. Berkeley: Saint Hieronymous Press, 1968.

One of the portfolio series \”40 Menus Suitable for Framing\” that David Goines and Alice Waters collaborated on in the years before opening Chez Panisse. Waters was writing recipes for a local newspaper, and Goines conceived of printing them as frame-able broadsides. Minor foxing, else very good.
