Medium bodied, with notes of blackberries, cherry, forest berries, subtle spice, light minerality, and sizzling acidity

Winemaking Process:A non-vintage blend of the the last 3 vintages. Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted by hand. Left to macerate on the skins in open vats with gentle punchdowns. Spontaneous fermentation, followed by slow pneumatic press. Aged in older 225l and 400l barrels
