Knut Hansen Gin

Knut Hansen Gin is a highly regarded German handcrafted gin, distilled in the St. Pauli district of Hamburg. This exceptional spirit is known for its distinctive blend of botanicals, many of which are locally sourced from Northern Germany, giving it a unique regional character. The recipe includes apples, basil, cucumber, and roses, alongside classic juniper, resulting in a fresh, maritime, and subtly floral profile. It is distilled four times in a small copper pot still, ensuring a smooth and pure quality. Bottled in a striking ceramic flask featuring the namesake sailor, this gin delivers a complex yet beautifully balanced taste, offering bright citrus notes, herbaceous undertones, and a crisp, clean finish. It is an excellent choice for a refined Gin & Tonic or any elevated cocktail.
