High West American Prairie Whisky

High West American Prairie is a masterful blend of straight bourbons, offering a rich and complex profile that reflects the spirit of the Western landscape. This whiskey is a combination of 2 to 13-year-old bourbons with varying mash bills, resulting in exceptional depth. On the nose, expect sweet caramel, honey, and vanilla, complemented by baking spices like nutmeg and cinnamon. The palate delivers notes of corn bread, fruit, and toasted oak, finishing long and smooth with hints of spice and dried fruit.Beyond its superb flavor, a portion of the profits from every bottle sold is dedicated to preserving the American Prairie Reserve in Montana, furthering the conservation of this vital ecosystem. Enjoy this versatile, high-quality whiskey neat, on the rocks, or as a sophisticated base for classic bourbon cocktails.
