Drumshanbo Gunpowder Ceramic Gin

Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin is a unique expression crafted at The Shed Distillery in County Leitrim, Ireland, by PJ Rigney. This premium spirit is a fusion of oriental botanicals and local Irish ingredients, most notably including Gunpowder Tea, which gives the gin its distinctive flavor and name. The distillation involves slow-distilling oriental botanicals such as Kaffir Lime, Chinese Lemon, and fresh Grapefruit, alongside traditional gin ingredients like caraway seed and cardamom. The result is a bold, bright, and intensely flavorful gin. Expect vibrant notes of citrus and juniper on the palate, culminating in a warm, spicy finish provided by the tea. This complex and sophisticated gin is bottled in an elegant ceramic bottle, making it perfect for an elevated G&T, garnished with a wedge of fresh grapefruit.
