Discovery Series Chardonnay 2022

Our winemaking team are continually experimenting with different varieties and styles, releasing limited parcels under the Discovery Series label. This collection of vibrant English wines celebrates the art of English winemaking.

This unique Chardonnay is made from a highly aromatic clone as part of our continuing exploration of what the variety can achieve in our cool maritime climate.

Classic Chardonnay aromas of apple and melon are complemented by delicate notes of rose and lychee. The palate is smooth and well balanced with a crisp and fresh finish.

A perfect pairing with oily fish such as salmon or mackerel.
