The appearance is deep bright golden yellow with very fine bubbles. The fragrance is full and generous. It has notes of spices and almond flakes that resemble pastries. The fragrance is very elegant.

The taste is creamy and melting. Notes of citrus, ripe peaches and butter appear in the taste. The aftertaste is fresh brioche, just taken out of the oven.
