Carpano Classico Vermouth

Carpano Classico Vermouth is a historically significant Italian sweet vermouth, drawing inspiration from the original recipe developed by Antonio Benedetto Carpano in 1786. Crafted with a base of fine Italian wine, it is infused with a rich blend of carefully selected botanicals, including vanilla, spices, and mountain herbs. This meticulous process yields a robust, full-bodied profile with exceptional balance and complexity.Expect intense notes of dried fig, cocoa, and cherry, followed by a persistent, bittersweet finish characteristic of authentic Torino-style vermouth. Its high quality and deep flavor make it an indispensable component for classic cocktails such as the Negroni, Manhattan, and Boulevardier, or simply enjoyed neat as a sophisticated aperitif.
