A wine made from red and white grapes co-ferment rather than by the usual process of blending. All the grapes come from the same single parcel plotof old bushthis mix of wines made n this way is referred to as a \’field blend\’.
The wine was fermented in a fiberglass tank over 10 days before pressing. Left for a further 6months before bottling.
